What we process

Alterpaw processes your checkout email, selected scene, optional pet name and script, payment status, private order token, generation status and the photo you submit.

Photo processing

The photo is sent through OpenRouter to the selected video provider solely to create your output. Alterpaw does not intentionally store the source photo in its database. Video generation is asynchronous, so providers retain generation data temporarily to deliver the result.

Payments

Payments are handled by Lava.top. Alterpaw receives payment and buyer identifiers needed to fulfill the order but does not receive or store full card details.

Your choices

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Keep your private order link confidential and contact support if you need help locating or removing order information.
